Spencer Fane Officially Welcomes New Colleagues in Southwest

Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce its official combination with Conner & Winters, LLP, a firm with five offices and a strong reputation throughout the Southwest, effective July 1, 2026.

The combination strengthens the firm’s presence across the Southwest while expanding client access to a highly aligned group of professionals united by a shared commitment to culture, collaboration, and inclusion. With this addition, Spencer Fane now has more than 750 attorneys across 38 offices.

The firms announced the pending combination in April, highlighting the strong alignment between two organizations committed to culture, client service, and attracting and retaining exceptional legal talent. This is the firm’s third combination this year. Spencer Fane previously welcomed colleagues in Washington, D.C., and opened offices for new colleagues in New York and Chicago.
