Overview
Lynn Moore guides public and private companies through corporate transactions, securities matters, and strategic growth initiatives, helping them raise capital, pursue business opportunities, and achieve long-term objectives.
For more than 50 years, Lynn has advised businesses on a broad range of corporate and securities law matters. His experience includes initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, private placements, venture capital transactions, commercial financings, and other capital-raising initiatives. He has represented a diverse range of business entities, including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and real estate investment trusts, and has worked extensively with investment banking firms and their counsel in connection with complex transactions.
A significant portion of Lynn’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions. He has represented public and private companies in major business combinations and other strategic transactions, helping clients evaluate opportunities, structure deals, and manage legal and business risk throughout the transaction process.
Lynn’s clients have operated across a wide range of industries, including energy, retail, real estate development, manufacturing, communications, publishing, software development, environmental services, and other sectors. His breadth of experience enables him to provide practical, business-focused counsel tailored to each client’s objectives and industry environment.
