Overview

Brian Thomas helps contractors, owners, developers, design professionals, and other associated stakeholders and participants resolve disputes and manage litigation risks related to construction projects that protect client interests and keep projects moving forward on schedule and on budget.

A significant portion of Brian’s practice focuses on litigation. He represents clients in disputes involving construction and design defects, payment claims, subcontractor issues, project delays, warranty claims, and other matters arising from commercial construction projects.

By combining strategic advocacy with practical problem-solving, Brian helps clients efficiently and effectively navigate complex disputes.

Brian manages all stages of the litigation process, from initial claims and discovery through settlement negotiations, trial preparation, and post-judgment proceedings, when necessary. His experience enables him to develop tailored litigation strategies that align with each client’s objectives while addressing the unique challenges presented by construction-related disputes.

In recognition of his commitment to the legal profession, Brian was appointed as a statewide At-Large Member of the Continuing Legal Education Board of the Supreme Court of Arkansas in 2026.
