Drawing on experience as a former deputy prosecutor, civil litigator, and in-house claims professional, Alex represents clients through all stages of the litigation process. His experience includes motion practice, discovery, settlement negotiations, trial advocacy, and appeals.
By combining courtroom experience with a practical understanding of risk management, Alex helps clients address complex legal challenges efficiently and effectively.
In addition to his litigation practice, Alex advises clients on a variety of corporate, securities, banking and finance, and environmental matters. He also assists clients with wills, trusts, and related estate planning matters, providing practical guidance tailored to each client’s legal and business needs.
Before entering private practice, Alex worked in-house for a major retailer managing litigated workers’ compensation claims. That experience provides valuable insight into the operational and business considerations that often shape litigation strategy and dispute resolution.
