Overview

Andy Turner helps creditors, businesses, trustees, and other stakeholders navigate bankruptcy proceedings, creditors’ rights matters, and commercial disputes so they can protect their financial interests and achieve practical solutions to all types of associated legal matters.

For more than 30 years, Andy has represented clients in complex commercial bankruptcy matters across a variety of industries, including energy, real estate, telecommunications, health care, and transportation. His experience includes representing secured and unsecured creditors, debtors in possession, trustees, committees, and committee members in insolvency and restructuring proceedings. Clients rely on his strategic guidance to address financial challenges, preserve assets, and maximize recovery opportunities.

Beyond his bankruptcy practice, Andy handles a broad range of commercial disputes involving contract claims, commercial collections, creditors’ rights, commercial fraud, embezzlement, construction liens, oil and gas liens, and related business matters. His experience in both litigation and insolvency proceedings allows him to develop practical strategies tailored to each client’s legal and financial objectives.
