John W. Ingraham
Overview
Jack Ingraham helps individuals and families preserve wealth, achieve their estate planning objectives, and efficiently administer estates across generations.
For more than 25 years, Jack has advised clients on estate planning matters ranging from foundational planning needs to sophisticated strategies for large and complex estates. He prepares wills, revocable trusts, and specialized irrevocable trusts designed to address a variety of objectives, including wealth transfer, charitable giving, life insurance planning, and education funding. He also assists clients with implementing complementary planning tools, such as limited liability companies and retirement plan beneficiary designation strategies.
Jack also has extensive experience guiding families, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries through estate and trust administration matters. His experience includes probate administrations as well as the administration of revocable and other probate-avoidance trusts. Working with estates of varying sizes and complexity, he helps clients navigate legal, tax, and administrative issues with practical and thoughtful counsel.
A significant component of Jack’s practice involves estate and trust tax matters. He has prepared numerous federal and Oklahoma estate tax returns and advises clients on strategies designed to address complex transfer tax considerations and preserve family wealth for future generations.
Before entering private practice, Jack served as an assistant district attorney in New York, providing an early foundation for his legal career and advocacy skills.
