As a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group, Sarah represents clients in a wide range of business, contract, and insurance-related matters. Her experience includes defending insureds in disputes involving bad faith claims, general and professional liability, personal injury, property damage, and automobile liability matters. She guides clients through every stage of the litigation process, from pleadings and discovery through motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
A versatile litigator, Sarah has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of disputes, including guardianship proceedings, personal injury claims, and construction-related matters. That broad experience provides valuable insight into how cases are developed, evaluated, and litigated, allowing her to anticipate challenges and develop effective strategies tailored to each client’s objectives.
