Riley M. Martin

Riley Martin helps businesses, financial institutions, and property owners navigate transactions, financing arrangements, and commercial disputes so they can achieve their business objectives and pursue growth opportunities.
Her practice encompasses a broad range of business and commercial matters, including banking and finance, loan documentation, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial litigation. Riley works with clients to address legal and operational challenges, providing practical guidance tailored to their unique goals and circumstances.
Drawing on experience across both transactional and litigation matters, Riley helps clients evaluate risk, structure agreements, and resolve disputes efficiently. Her multidisciplinary approach allows her to support clients through a variety of business needs, from negotiating and documenting transactions to addressing issues that arise after a deal closes.
Before entering private practice, Riley gained hands-on legal experience through a variety of client-service and advocacy roles while attending law school. She served as a managing editor of the Tulane Law Review, represented clients as a student attorney in the Tulane Juvenile Justice Clinic, and provided legal assistance to members of the Tulane community through the Tulane University Legal Assistance Program.
