Jed Isbell helps businesses, insurers, and individuals resolve complex disputes and manage litigation risks so they can protect their interests and achieve their objectives.
A significant portion of Jed’s practice focuses on business litigation, insurance coverage matters, and insurance defense. He represents clients across a broad range of industries, including energy, construction, insurance, banking and finance, health and long term care, and manufacturing-related sectors. Clients rely on his experience managing all aspects of civil litigation in state and federal courts, as well as private arbitrations.
Jed also has substantial experience handling tort and liability matters. His practice includes the resolution of claims involving negligence, product liability, premises liability, insurance bad faith, personal injury, and wrongful death. By developing practical litigation strategies tailored to each matter, he helps clients navigate high-stakes disputes efficiently and effectively.
In addition to his litigation practice, Jed advises insurers, financial institutions, businesses, and taxpayers on insurance coverage disputes, commercial and contract matters, and ad valorem tax appeals. His broad experience across litigation and business-related matters allows him to provide practical counsel aligned with each client’s legal and operational goals.
