Paige Shelton helps insurers, businesses, and insureds defend claims and resolve disputes so they can manage risk, protect their interests, and achieve favorable outcomes.

Her practice is currently focused on defending extracontractual / bad faith claims against insurers, but she also defends a broad range of commercial, contract, and tort matters. Paige represents national insurers and their insureds in state and federal courts and manages matters involving negligence, professional negligence, products liability, health care liability, breach of contract, bad faith, fraud, and wrongful death claims. Clients rely on her strategic approach to navigate complex litigation efficiently and effectively.

From the early stages of a dispute through resolution, Paige works closely with clients to evaluate risk, develop practical litigation strategies, and advocate for their interests. Her experience handling a diverse portfolio of claims allows her to provide responsive counsel tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and objectives.
