For almost 30 years, Todd has represented clients in high-stakes litigation involving a broad range of business and commercial issues. His practice encompasses contract disputes, real estate matters, business torts, noncompetition agreements, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights issues, and intellectual property disputes. Drawing on experience across the banking, real estate, insurance, health care, manufacturing, food processing, and construction industries, he develops practical litigation strategies tailored to each client’s business goals.
A former in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company, Todd understands the legal, operational, and financial considerations that influence business decisions. He has represented clients in state and federal courts nationwide, successfully handling matters ranging from complex class action litigation to disputes involving significant commercial and real estate developments.
