Her experience representing both sides of transactions, including lenders and borrowers, buyers and sellers, and landlords and tenants – provides valuable perspective when negotiating and structuring complex deals.

She regularly advises clients on consumer credit issues, including Truth in Lending, Fair Debt Collection, Fair Credit Reporting, fair lending, residential mortgage lending, and credit card compliance requirements.
