- Successfully defeated class action certification in a toxic tort case involving trichloroethylene (TCE).
- Successfully negotiated a low settlement on behalf of an insurance client in defense of a bad faith claim with potential damages in excess of $15 million.
- Successfully defeated class certification in an alleged water pollution case.
- Obtained a defense verdict in a toxic tort and alleged “cancer” cluster case.
- Served as co-counsel for a Fortune 500 company and successfully defeated a claim alleging personal injuries based on product liability.
