Ashlyn E. Frix

Ashlyn’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and the representation of financial institutions in commercial finance transactions and related disputes. She represents clients in business disputes involving breach of contract, employment matters, business torts, insurance-related claims, and post-judgment enforcement. She also advises clients throughout every stage of litigation, from case assessment and discovery through dispositive motions, trial preparation, and collection efforts. In addition to her litigation practice, Ashlyn represents lenders and borrowers in commercial lending and real estate transactions.

Ashlyn graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Oklahoma Supreme Court and as an editor of the Oil and Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Journal, experiences that strengthened the research, writing, and analytical skills she brings to her practice.
