Overview

Kayla Finnegan helps businesses, employers, and other organizations resolve disputes and manage legal challenges so they can protect their interests and achieve their objectives. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and employment matters.

Kayla represents clients across a variety of industries and works closely with them to navigate disputes efficiently and effectively while advancing their business goals. A significant portion of her practice involves personal injury defense and construction litigation. Drawing on strong analytical, research, and advocacy skills, she helps clients address complex claims and develop practical strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.

Drawing on her undergraduate degree in accounting, Kayla brings an additional layer of financial analysis and business insight to her representation, helping clients evaluate risk and make informed decisions throughout the dispute resolution process.

Kayla excelled in her studies at the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class and was recognized with the school’s highest academic honor – the Order of the Curule Chair. She received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing I, Legal Writing III, Contracts, and Property for earning the top score in each class. Kayla served as Article Submission Editor for the Tulsa Law Review and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. She was also recognized with the George & Jean Price Award for outstanding performance in Legal Reasoning, Authorities, and Writing.
