Anna McNeil’s practice focuses on commercial finance and real estate matters. She represents financial institutions, borrowers, and business clients in a variety of commercial lending transactions, including the negotiation, documentation, and closing of secured and unsecured credit facilities.
Her practice also includes the representation of clients in connection with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing transactions, and other general business matters.
