Combination brings full-service offerings to 23 markets across the U.S.
Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce its official combination with Pahl & McCay, a full-service, 15-lawyer corporate, business, and litigation firm with offices in both Northern and Southern California, effective Oct. 1, 2023.
The combination is designed to provide both firms’ clients with deeper access to talented professionals who are not only aligned in their approach to serving as a resource to businesses across new geographies and practice areas, but also in their commitment to culture, collaboration, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Spencer Fane simultaneous enters into San Jose (Silicon Valley) and Santa Monica (Los Angeles) and it extends the firm’s geographic reach to 23 offices across a national footprint. Recognized as one of the fastest growing law firms in the Am Law 200, the firm’s measured growth brings its attorney count to 450 firm wide.
