Spencer Fane Welcomes Colleagues from Utah’s Snow Christensen & Martineau

Spencer Fane is pleased to announce its combination with Snow Christensen & Martineau, a full-service firm with a 135-year history that predates Utah becoming a state. Effective March 1, 2024, the addition brings nearly 50 attorneys to the firm who will practice from Salt Lake City and St. George, Utah.

The combination provides Spencer Fane and its clients entry into one of the nation’s most dynamic markets with a team of attorneys who offer deep experience in the areas of litigation, business transactions, financial services, intellectual property, insurance, health care, white-collar criminal defense, and labor and employment. At the same time, joining Spencer Fane creates a pathway for Snow Christensen to serve the needs of its clients through a network of more than 500 attorneys across 26 offices nationwide.

Spencer Fane announced Hawkins will serve as Office Managing Partner in Utah and Crane will join the firm’s Executive Committee.
