Overview
Michael Carlston likes helping clients solve or avoid problems and does so in a number of different settings by utilizing his significant litigation experience and is presently somewhat focused on assisting developers, lenders, investors, businesses, and governmental entities in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including negotiating and implementing terms of commercial real estate and other complex transactions, preparing loan documents, and with commercial litigation where necessary.
Michael represented hundreds of property owners who suffered devastating losses in the 47,000-acre 2012 Wood Hollow Fire in Central Utah, recovering significant amounts on behalf of such owners.
