Scott Awerkamp
Overview
Scott Awerkamp is based in our St. George, Utah office. He has extensive experience in estate planning including wills, trusts, tax savings, probate, trust administration, asset protection, charitable giving, guardianships, conservatorships, and elder law. Scott’s work and service provide his clients with peace of mind, knowing they have a well-designed plan that will benefit their families in many ways.
An important part of his practice is advising his clients on how to properly administer an estate or trust. Scott also has decades of experience in trust and estate litigation and can provide help in those difficult and often complex situations. Of course, his goal is to help his clients avoid costly disputes before they happen. Scott is passionately committed to guiding his clients through the complex legal maze of estate planning.
For his business clients, his comprehensive legal services extend to corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and other business entities. His practice includes business formation, agreements between owners, purchases and sales, and negotiation and preparation of all types of business contracts.
