Spencer Fane is pleased to announce California-based Pahl & McCay, a full-service corporate law firm with roots in the real estate and financial services sectors of both Northern and Southern California, will join the firm effective October 1, 2023.
In keeping with its growth strategy, Spencer Fane is combining with Pahl & McCay for the ways in which the firms’ practices complement each other, the entry point each provides the other to serving clients in new geographies, and the strong cultural fit that exists between the two.

Spencer Fane also announced that Karen K. McCay will serve as Office Managing Partner of the 15-attorney Pahl & McCay team, which represents clients from offices in San Jose and Santa Monica.
