Spencer Fane Trio Chosen for 2025 LCLD Programs

Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorneys Dina Aouad, Heather Hughes, and Elaisha Nandrajog have been selected as 2025 participants for two of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) prestigious programs. Elaisha joins the Fellows Program, while Dina and Heather join the Pathfinder Program.

“The Pathfinder Program was developed to help propel high-potential attorneys to the next level in their careers. Through LCLD’s talent development initiatives – including this program – more than 20,000 legal careers have been impacted since our founding in 2009,” said Robert J. Grey Jr., President of LCLD. “The Fellows Program has graduated some of the best and brightest attorneys in our nation, and I’m proud to support this year’s participants as they begin their journey with our year-long flagship program.”

The LCLD Fellows program offers high-potential, midcareer attorneys from diverse backgrounds professional and personal development opportunities as well as leadership training and relationship-building resources. Elaisha will participate in learning sessions and have access to other LCLD members and prominent business leaders, including managing partners and general counsel, for mentoring and guidance.

As Pathfinders, Dina and Heather will participate in a seven-month curriculum that offers practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks, leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies. In addition to full-class programming, participants are placed in small groups led by a Program Facilitator who serves as a mentor to help each Pathfinder connect what they learn to the organization at which they work.

At the end of their respective programs, Elaisha, Dina, and Heather will join attorneys DeAndrea Washington, Mavish Bana, Toni Ojoyeyi, Brittainy JoynerJeremy Rucker, Nicole Zaworska, Ashley Dickerson, Stacy Young, Gulmina Shah, Sonja McGillKristen WalkerLinda KnightBrian PetersonValentine Uduebor, and Natalie Washington in LCLD Alumni Program membership.

The LCLD is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have pledged themselves, through the Leaders at the Front initiative and other means, to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession.
