October 30, 2023

Hedrick will serve as a partner in the firm’s Dallas office, while Corcoran and Gibson will serve as partner and of counsel, respectively, in the firm’s Houston office.

The attorneys join the firm as a team with a strong history of representing clients together from a boutique litigation firm co-founded by Hedrick, where Corcoran served as managing partner of the Houston office, and Gibson advised clients as counsel.

“Josh, Kevin, and Rebecca bring an established practice with a well-earned reputation,” said Jason Cross, Office Managing Partner for Spencer Fane in Dallas. “We were impressed with the range of their litigation capabilities and look forward to the ways in which their team will reinforce our commitment to handling the full spectrum of litigation matters our clients encounter.”

The team simultaneously strengthens the firm’s bench in two of its four Texas offices – Dallas and Houston – but is equally experienced advising clients nationally.

“The firm remains strategically focused on addressing the needs of our clients in the markets where they do business,” said Brian Zimmerman, Office Managing Partner for Spencer Fane in Houston. “We have a great opportunity to utilize the unique skill sets of Kevin and Rebecca to enhance our ability to provide collaborative and efficient legal services not only in Houston but across our firm’s broad footprint.”
