Kevin G. Corcoran is a distinguished trial lawyer. His involvement in Energy, Petrochemical, and Pipeline related matters spans over 30 years. He has handled and tried a variety of complex and difficult commercial and personal injury lawsuits with success, including large contractual disputes in the oilfield services industry over 4 states, large explosion cases on pipelines and in industrial facilities, and environmental leaks and spills incidents.
From bet-the-company litigation to individual claims , Corcoran brings knowledgeable judgment and a strong work ethic to his cases. As a result of his skills and hard work, Mr. Corcoran is respected as a trusted trial lawyer when results matter. Currently representing a client in a large contractual dispute at a major Texas Port involving the removal of pipelines.
