Overview
Kevin G. Corcoran is a distinguished trial lawyer. His involvement in Energy, Contractual, Petrochemical, Mass Tort, and Pipeline related matters spans over 30 years. He has handled and tried a variety of complex and difficult commercial and personal injury lawsuits with success, including a large contractual dispute in the oilfield services industry spread over 4 states, large explosion cases on pipelines and in industrial facilities, multiple death and serious injury cases, and environmental leaks and spills incidents.
From bet-the-company litigation to individual claims, Kevin brings knowledgeable judgment and a strong work ethic to his cases. As a result of his skills and hard work, he is respected as a trusted trial lawyer when results matter. Kevin has represented clients in complex commercial disputes and catastrophic claims in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Pipeline, Retail, Consumer Product, Maritime, Manufacturing, Trucking, High Tech and Media & Entertainment Industries. Currently representing a client in a large contractual dispute at a major Texas Port involving the removal of pipelines. He has also represented companies internationally in Japan, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, China and Australia.
Kevin is an elected member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
