Since 2011, WILEF – a premier organization for women in law – has granted Gold Standard status to major firms that meet objective criteria involving the number of women among equity partners, in firm leadership positions, and among the ranks of their most highly compensated partners.
In meeting these standards, Spencer Fane emphasizes its outspoken commitment to empowering not only women, but people of all backgrounds by prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
