Several Spencer Fane attorneys presented at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC)’s Arizona Chapter Meeting on November 29 in Phoenix.
Co-sponsored by Spencer Fane, the event included networking, refreshments, and an educational program that offered CLE credit. In their respective presentations, Jessica Gale and Andy Federhar discussed attorney-client privilege; Raj Gangadean, Kelly Mooney, and Scott Woody gave an overview of the final regulations under the Corporate Transparency Act; and Helen Holden, Beth Nillen, and Rob Warzel addressed mental health challenges in the workplace.
The ACC is a global bar association that promotes in-house counsel’s common professional and business interests through information, education, networking opportunities, and advocacy initiatives. Spencer Fane has supported several of their events this year.
