Spencer Fane was proud to volunteer at St. Mary’s Food Bank on July 28 in Phoenix. Attorneys Jessica Gale, Helen Holden, Beth Nillen, Ryan Osugi, and Rob Warzel; staff members Luis Alvarez, Shelby Choy, Michelle Phillips, and Courtney Ryan; and summer associate Grace Taskinsoy represented the firm at the event.
The Phoenix team spent hours packing over 800 emergency food boxes at the St. Mary’s warehouse to support the organization’s mission of alleviating hunger. These food boxes would later be distributed throughout Arizona to families in need.
St. Mary’s Food Bank is an Arizona nonprofit that serves families across Phoenix and nine Arizona counties. For over 55 years, the organization has gathered and distributed over 300,000 pounds of food daily while encouraging self-sufficiency, collaboration, advocacy, and education.
