Spencer Fane was honored to host the Kansas City Society of Association Executives (KCSAE) 2025 Association Law Forum on January 15 at the firm’s Kansas City office. Attorneys Loren Foy, Stacy Harper, Amy Lewandowski, Mike McCann, Jennifer Riso, and Amy Shortridge presented during this half-day program.
The event offered four sessions to help attendees navigate the new legal landscape. Topics included corporate governance and protecting confidential information for non-profits, employment classification for cross-state employees in a hybrid work environment, and an attendee question-based hot topics panel.
KCSAE is a nonprofit corporation that helps over 200 members advance their careers through education, professional development and networking. Representing a wide range of Kansas City metro organizations, KCSAE provides monthly educational programs, on demand online education, an annual meeting, and various special events to facilitate the advancement of the association community while providing unique opportunities to connect with other professionals.
