  • Defended a federal ADA employment discrimination case through a jury trial and appeal to the 8th Circuit, resulting in an order overturning the jury verdict in our client’s favor.
  • Successfully briefed and was granted summary judgment in the Western District of Missouri in favor of client mortgage servicing customer on FCRA action related to credit reporting during Covid mortgage forbearance.
  • Independently identified a discovery violation and briefed and argued a motion for sanctions, resulting in a ruling in our client’s favor and granting of all attorneys’ fees incurred due to the violation.
  • Served as second chair attorney in a federal jury trial and a state court bench trial.
