In celebration of attorney Ginger Sotelo’s inclusion on the honoree list, Spencer Fane was pleased to support the 2025 Silicon Valley Business Journal Women of Influence Awards on June 26. Ginger’s husband and attorneys Jen Coleman, Karen McCay, Servando Sandoval, Sonia Shah, Sarahann Shapiro, and Catherine Schlomann Robertson joined her at the Santa Clara, California, event.
Spanning private, public, and nonprofit sectors, this distinction recognizes prominent South Bay leaders who enhance Silicon Valley through their exceptional business and community work. Ginger earned this honor through her leading transactional real estate practice, dependable mentorship, and regular philanthropy, all of which illustrate how intentional, consistent service strengthens the fabric of work and life in Silicon Valley.
In addition to the awards event, the 2025 Women of Influence class were celebrated in a special SVBJ feature.
At the firm, Ginger assists financial institutions and factoring companies in structuring their operations and transactions in a manner that enables them to run efficiently, overcome challenges, and succeed in their endeavors. She also harnesses more than 15 years of extensive experience to counsel clients concerning California broker licensing laws, compliance, contract negotiations, workouts, secured party collections, and other litigation matters.
