Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Mariah Brandyburg joined the Banking and Financial Services practice group as an associate in the firm’s Houston office. She previously served the firm as a summer associate in 2022.
Mariah’s private practice will include all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for the banking industry, which can involve traditional financial institutions, nontraditional lenders, loan servicing entities, debt buyers, and debt collectors. She prioritizes collaborative and responsive client service while advising lenders on efficient resolutions to the challenges and pressures faced in the ever-changing and complex regulatory landscape of the financial services industry.

Mariah completed her undergraduate studies in the Lone Star College System and Texas A&M University before earning her Juris Doctor from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University.
