Mariah Brandyburg

Overview
Mariah helps clients – predominately those in the banking industry – with credit facility enforcement, by helping to facilitate and draft documentation on the complex loan formation process and collections. Additionally, she helps banks, other financial institutions, factoring companies, and real estate entities in an array of transactional matters. Mariah’s duties consist of contract drafting and contract negotiations.
Mariah has experience on the transactional side of law through her time as a summer associate with the firm after her 2L year at Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Here, she was able to work on various matters in health care law and intellectual property law. Prior to law school Mariah worked as a litigation paralegal for two years with a family law attorney, leaving her well-equipped in drafting pleadings and discovery.
