Spencer Fane attorney Mike Patterson joined a panel of supply chain thought leaders for a Global Chamber virtual ‘globinar’ on May 2.
During the presentation, Supply Chain Global Cash Optimization, Mike discussed important considerations for establishing an entity such as transfer pricing and international structuring. Providing a legal perspective, he noted key factors in entity creation such as taxation and necessary legal documents.
