Spencer Fane attorneys Kurt Rozelsky and Linda Knight were panelists at the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel’s (FDCC) 2023 Winter Meeting on February 21 in Nashville.
This event brought attendees to the Omni Nashville Hotel for a week of enlightening corporate counsel presentations, fun activities, and networking centered on the program theme, Our Heroes Have Always Been Lawyers.
Kurt participated in the panel, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Aviation, Energy Utilities, Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property. The session advised attendees on how to prepare their clients for future litigation in the face of spiking inflation, inevitable recession, supply chain shortages, warfare, and other geopolitical uncertainties.
Linda’s panel – Insurance Coverage, Professional Liability, Civil Rights – explored how defense attorneys can ethically protect their clients, avoid conflicts, and effectively defend or resolve lawsuits regarding civil rights claims.
