January 26, 2024

Spencer Fane Attorney Tracey Wallace is officially Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS), a certifying body established by the Supreme Court of Texas.

Achieving TBLS certification in Labor and Employment Law requires at least five years as an active member of the State Bar of Texas, at least three years of experience in Labor and Employment Law, the completion of 60 hours of TBLS-approved continuing legal education units, and a passing score on the rigorous specialized exam, in addition to two other character-based qualifications.

“Becoming Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law ensures I maintain the highest standards in my practice while igniting increased trust among clients,” explains Tracey.

Tracey’s certification demonstrates a commitment to high-level professional competency amid the current labor and employment litigation climate.

Jason Cross, Office Managing Partner for Spencer Fane in Dallas, previously elaborated, “The complexity of the regulatory and compliance environment for employers of all sizes, along with the increased risk of litigious claims, continues to fuel the growth of our Labor and Employment team.”

At Spencer Fane, Tracey helps clients proactively address critical labor and employment legal issues through preventive advice and counseling, allowing employers to minimize the risk of costly regulatory and compliance issues or litigious claims.
