Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Theresa Becerra has joined the Board for the Leadership Institute of Women of Color Attorneys (LIWOCA).
On the heels of expanding her leadership role within the Affordable Housing Management Association – Pacific Southwest, Theresa will also lend her considerable knowledge and talents to the LIWOCA leadership body. She will support the 501(c)(3) organization in its goal of providing an educational forum that inspires and informs its members.
At the firm, Theresa provides sound guidance in business, real estate, and construction counseling and litigation. She specializes in conventional and affordable housing counseling, administrative actions, and litigation. Theresa also excels at consumer class action defense, issues arising from claims of unfair competition, unfair business practices, interference with contract and other business torts, and breach of fiduciary duty.
