Spencer Fane is excited to announce attorney Theresa Becerra has joined the Board for the Affordable Housing Management Association-Pacific Southwest (AHMA-PSW).
The AHMA-PSW is a nonprofit that represents management agents and owners of over 85,000 housing units in Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California. In her new role, Theresa will serve as an advisor, furthering the strategic vision of the organization and advancing a mission to promote, develop, and maintain quality affordable housing in the Pacific Southwest region.
At Spencer Fane, Theresa provides sound guidance in business, real estate, and construction counseling and litigation. She specializes in conventional and affordable housing counseling, administrative actions, and litigation. Theresa also excels at consumer class action defense, issues arising from claims of unfair competition, unfair business practices, interference with contract and other business torts, and breach of fiduciary duty.
