The Spencer Fane Omaha office was honored to return to the Apartment Association of Nebraska (AAN)’s Stars of Excellence event on January 30. The firm and attorney Tara Holterhaus were honored as 2025 award nominees, with Tara winning Supplier Representative of the Year.
The AAN exists to support, inform, and connect the multifamily community through empowerment, advocacy, and professional networking, with Stars of Excellence serving as their annual celebration of exceptional industry professionals and organizations. Spencer Fane received Supplier Company of the Year recognition, and in addition to receiving an award, Tara presented Gene Eckel Advocate of the Year in honor of her late mentor, firm attorney Gene Eckel.
Tara also serves on AAN’s 2026 Board of Directors.
