October 21, 2026

Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to welcome Cori A. Rosen to the firm’s New York office as a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group.

Cori helps real estate owners, developers, professionals, and organizations navigate the complex and evolving human rights laws that shape the development, management, and operation of real property. She advises clients on compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Fair Housing Act, New York State Human Rights Law, and New York City Human Rights Law.

In addition to proactive compliance counseling, Cori boasts significant federal litigation experience and a consistent track record of success. She regularly handles complex disputes brought by private complainants, U.S. Attorneys’ Offices, and state attorneys general; and defends administrative proceedings and investigations commenced by the New York City Commission on Human Rights and the New York State Division of Human Rights.

Cori also represents some of New York’s leading property owners in complex disputes involving real estate development, lease interpretation, partnerships and joint ventures, corporate mergers, acquisitions and dissolutions, and landlord-tenant matters.

“We are excited to welcome Cori, whose stellar reputation and strong grasp of broad and niche components of real property law precedes her as she joins our talented real estate team collaborating across the U.S.,” said Jeffrey S. Berger, co-managing partner for Spencer Fane in New York.

“Cori’s successful defense in numerous federal jurisdictions of some of the largest multifamily and commercial property owners is a testament to the impressive intellect, adaptability, and drive she will bring to our firm,” added Steven Hochberg, co-managing partner for Spencer Fane in New York.

Cori is a frequent industry thought leader and maintains proactive involvement in the Building Owners and Managers Association’s ADA Compliance, Codes, and Regulations Committee and American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law Section.

After completing her bachelor’s degree cum laude at the University of Florida, Cori earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
