Spencer Fane is pleased to announce that Law360 ranked the firm among the top five in the nation for lawyer satisfaction, according to its 2022 Pulse Lawyer Satisfaction Survey: “Striving for Professional Balance in a Changed Landscape.”
In conducting its analysis and producing the annual report, Law360 compiled anonymous survey responses from more than 1,200 attorneys across the nation who offered insights into job satisfaction items, including compensation, billable hour requirements, opportunities for advancement, and collegiality within their firms.
Ranked fourth on the Law360 Satisfaction Survey, Spencer Fane was also listed on the Law360 400 ranking as the 150th largest law firm in the nation by headcount in 2021.

“We all got together two years ago, every single person in the firm, and articulated the attributes of the firm that were most important to make sure we always operated in alignment with them,” Pat told Law360. “First and foremost, we wanted to be intellectually humble in our dealings with each other.
