Spencer Fane and partner Mike Patterson recently hosted Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego for the 3rd annual “Welcome to the Metro” Global Chamber event.
In her comments, the Mayor shared airport expansion plans and encouraged business travelers to make use of current direct international flights. “We have stepped up and said we have to invest in that economic engine, so we’re building larger gates that can accommodate larger aircraft,” the Mayor explained. “We’ll still have the same high standards about great local food and beverage, so that when you do those international visitors, as soon as they get to the airport, they can get a taste of what makes Phoenix so special.”
