Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Danielle Kaiser joined the Special Districts practice group as an associate in the firm’s Denver office.
Danielle focuses her practice on establishing and assisting local governmental entities authorized by state law to provide public infrastructure and services, and to utilize public financing mechanisms.

Danielle increases our capacity to serve current clients while affording us opportunity to grow our practice.”
In addition, Danielle has experience in real estate, corporate transactional matters, and bankruptcy. She completed her undergraduate studies at Marquette University and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law.
