Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Kathleen (Kaela) Brennan joined the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group as an of counsel attorney in the firm’s Minneapolis office.
Kaela addresses the full range of litigation risks, from proactive, preventive counsel to handling all aspects of dispute resolution for clients ranging from individuals to government entities and large corporations. Within her private practice, Kaela’s diverse work consists of all aspects of public sector counsel and complex litigation, and specifically includes handling complex utilities and contractual matters, along with appellate procedures and experience serving as outside general counsel.

Kaela completed her undergraduate studies at the University of St. Thomas and later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School.
