Kaela Brennan’s governmental and general counsel practice addresses the full range of identifying and responding to potential risks, from proactive, preventive counsel to handling all aspects of dispute resolution, with an intentional focus on providing clients with legal outcomes that align with client objectives.  Kaela’s diverse work specifically includes handling complex agreements and litigation, along with appellate procedures and experience serving as outside general counsel for government entities.

With a private practice that consists of all aspects of complex general commercial litigation, Kaela’s diverse work specifically includes handling complex utilities and liquor licensing litigation, along with appellate procedures and experience serving as outside general counsel for businesses.

Kaela’s clients benefit from her ability to handle matters in a variety of legal venues, including courts at all levels, mediations, and arbitrations. She collaboratively develops litigation strategies that involve pathways to favorably resolve matters at the earliest opportunity, recognizing that victories can look different based on the unique circumstances of any individual lawsuit.
