Spencer Fane attorney Nate Orr recently spoke with the Winners Win podcast on how he became an innovator in the way law firms service clients on its November 22 episode, the second overall episode.
Nate shared stories from throughout his 23-year law career, including discussing his first win at his law firm and how it still resonates with him – and clients – today. He outlined how his unique business development approach created a positive ripple effect throughout the firm’s many offices. Nate added how this efficient, novel program began to alleviate a service industry gap within the firm.
