Spencer Fane is proud to announce attorney Megan Clontz has been named to the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) 2023 40 Under 40 list. This is the third consecutive year a firm attorney has received this honor.
ABI annually identifies 40 top industry professionals who “demonstrate remarkable ability, leadership, and achievement in the bankruptcy and insolvency community.” Selected by a group of experienced insolvency professionals, each honoree has accomplished outstanding professional achievements and provided exemplary service to the industry.
Megan joins Jason Kathman and Andrea Chase, the firm’s 2022 and 2021 honorees, in earning this distinction.
At Spencer Fane, Megan focuses her practice on representing clients in small-business reorganizations and restructurings and debtor and creditor rights litigation in both state and federal courts. She works to protect her clients’ assets in all aspects of bankruptcy and related litigation, including preferences, fraudulent transfers, dischargeability, and state law-based actions.
