Spencer Fane attorney Joe Bednar led a Missouri Municipal League webinar on October 24.
The presentation, Regulation of No-Chance Gaming Machines, centered on the proliferation of a controversial type of gambling device in places such as convenience stores and gas stations. Joe reviewed the current legal parameters surrounding attempts to regulate the so-called “no-chance” machines and advised on what steps the Missouri community can take to address concerns.
At Spencer Fane, Joe serves as leader of the Governmental Affairs Practice Group as well as Office Managing Partner of the firm’s Jefferson City office.
