This is the fourth consecutive year a firm attorney has received this honor, underscoring the high level of talent comprising the Spencer Fane Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group.
Through this annual list, ABI honors 40 top industry professionals who “demonstrate remarkable ability, leadership, and achievement in the bankruptcy and insolvency community.” Selected by renowned industry thought leaders, each honoree boasts a reputation marked by professional achievements and exemplary client service.
Camber joins Megan Clontz (2023), Jason Kathman (2022), and Andrea Chase (2021) in earning this distinction for exemplary work in bankruptcy law. As part of a team led by Eric Johnson, the group provides innovative legal solutions that maximize recoveries and move businesses forward.
At Spencer Fane, Camber harnesses experience representing creditors, debtors, and trustees in various insolvency matters, including bankruptcies, receiverships, and other out-of-court restructurings and enforcement actions. She has represented clients in cases under Chapters 11, 12, 13, and 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, and her work includes initiating and defending adversary proceedings, investigating and conducting large-scale claims reconciliations, negotiating settlements, and negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial contracts.
