Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Bill Hopkins has been named to the Nominating Committee for the American Bar Association (ABA) Health Law Section for the second consecutive year.
The Committee will help determine the slate of officers and council members for the bar year 2025-2026. This role is one of several Bill holds as an active, dedicated member of the ABA and broader legal community. Recently, he received an IDEA Champion Award from the American Health Law Association.
At the firm, Bill serves as Office Managing Partner for the Austin office and as a member of the Spencer Fane DEI Committee. As an attorney, he helps to protect health care providers and health care companies against the many potential pitfalls in the industry, serving as both an advocate and educator for his clients in administrative law, regulatory defense, transactional work, compliance, and litigation.
