Joined by policy expert Adam Goldberg, Kirstin and Bill will examine the latest developments in the digital asset regulatory landscape. The team will discuss the CLARITY Act – federal legislation aimed at creating a clearer regulatory framework for digital‑asset classification, regulatory jurisdiction, and compliance obligations – the growing role of crypto PACs and political fundraising, and the government ethics rules market participants should understand when engaging with policymakers.
